There were several unexpected and challenging obstacles with this project and Andrew proved to be well-equipped to map a successful strategy for each one of them.
Andrew’s insight, knowledge, and recommendations provided needed leverage when we were forced to hold the implementation vendor accountable on both the scope and schedule.
When preparing for oversight hearings before the state legislature, Andrew helped prepare project staff with testimony preparation, and he stepped in at the hearing to provide additional support and testimony when needed.
When there was turnover among the project’s leadership, without being asked, Andrew stepped in and helped both onboard and mentor the successors to help the project stay on schedule.
