Karen Gendron

I met Andrew at the state of North Carolina, the state had hired contractors from various specialties to lead and help implement a large project. I was brought on to consult on the SAP integration and Andrew was in a leadership position. This is where I first recognized his abilities and I knew I could trust Andrew to be someone I could rely on, not only to do great work but to help maneuver hurdles that come from various internal and external organizations.

Amazing Leadership Skills

Andrew has gained respect in the industry, and from fellow colleagues of different workstreams by displaying amazing leadership skills. His approach helps him to manage multiple contractors and agencies assigned to implement technology and change. Andrew is more than capable of getting things done for the benefit of the project and the organization at large.

He can manage large-scale projects within the public sector and the multiple agencies from different areas that encompass functional, technical, organizational change management and align them so they can present and then get work approved from the hiring organization and all the various roles within. This is really complicated because you aren’t just managing one project; it becomes multiple projects that must synergize into one fluid program.

Often times companies are uncomfortable taking directions they aren’t used to. It’s integral that we help our clients understand our potential problems and risk areas. Andrew is really good at helping these companies understand the scope and challenges of a project as well as the fruitful outcomes of staying focused.  Andrew gains their trust and then they see Andrew as the representation they need and the leader to help lead them through these strategies.

It’s really about navigating the obstacles, moving the boulders out of the way.

Our Partnership Over the Years...

Andrew’s Insights into the future of HR Technology helped me to make a good career move at the height of the industry.

We continue to  refer one another and work with one another on projects because we know how to get the job done. We trust one another and I would trust Andrew with any of my clients.

For HHMI, my client was looking for someone, and I said, I know just the person.
